LocalLeadKing is a solo-operated local lead generation business. I build and rank local service websites and lease each one exclusively to a single business per market. This website is my company website — it is how trial requests and discovery calls come in.

When you submit the free trial form on this site, you provide:

• Your full name
• Your business name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your trade or niche
• Your city and state
• How you heard about LocalLeadKing

If you book a discovery call, the scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the name, email address and any other details you enter on their booking form. Call tracking numbers, where used on leased sites, log the phone number, date, duration and recording status of inbound calls so leads can be verified.

Like most websites, this site's hosting provider also processes standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance purposes.

Information you submit is used to:

• Respond to your trial request or booking, normally within 24 hours
• Check whether a ranked site is available in your market and trade
• Communicate with you about your trial, your lease, or your discovery call
• Send transactional notifications related to your enquiry (for example, confirming your request was received)

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share your details with lead marketplaces or third-party brokers. Your information is used to run the service you asked for, and for nothing else.

A small number of providers process data on my behalf: the hosting platform for this website, the database service that stores trial requests, Calendly for scheduling, and the email delivery service used to send notifications from notify.localleadking.com. Each provider processes your data only as needed to deliver its function.

Trial requests and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to work your enquiry and maintain a record of the business relationship. You can ask me to delete your information at any time by emailing joseph@localleadking.com.

You may request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you would rather not hear from me again, say so in a reply to any message and I will stop.

This website is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Material changes that affect how your existing information is used will be communicated directly where I have your contact details.
