Terms and Conditions

LocalLeadKing builds and ranks local service websites and leases each site exclusively to one business per market. The service is lead generation through ranked websites — it is not an advertising agency arrangement, and I do not sell shared leads from marketplaces.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

1. Submit false, misleading or third-party contact information through the trial form
2. Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
3. Copy or reuse the site's content, structure or branding without written permission

Submitting the trial form is a request, not a commitment. I check whether a ranked site is available in your market and trade and respond within 24 hours. If a site is available, the first 30 days are offered free of charge on the terms confirmed with you directly. Trial terms — including what happens when the trial ends — are agreed between you and me in writing before the trial begins.

After a trial, the lease continues under one of the pricing structures discussed with you directly: a flat monthly retainer, cost per lead, or a revenue share arrangement. The specific rates and conditions for your market are set out in the agreement we sign or confirm in writing. During an active lease, the site's leads and calls are directed exclusively to your business.

Search rankings, call volumes and lead quality vary by market, trade and competition. Testimonials and examples on this website reflect individual partner experiences and do not promise the same outcome for every business. Any figures shared during a trial or sales conversation are estimates, not commitments, unless expressly agreed in writing.

While leasing a site, you agree to answer or return the leads the site produces in good faith, to keep your business information (phone number, service area, licensing) accurate, and to hold any licences or insurance your trade legally requires. You may not resell the leads or redirect them to another business without written permission.

The content, design, structure and branding of LocalLeadKing.com and each leased website are owned by LocalLeadKing unless stated otherwise. Partner businesses are granted use of the leased site's leads and call traffic for the duration of the lease, not ownership of the site itself. Content you supply (your business details, photos, copy) remains yours.

To the extent permitted by law, LocalLeadKing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost leads outside the tracking system, or business interruption — arising from use of this website or the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to LocalLeadKing in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Either side can end a lease arrangement by following the notice period agreed in writing for your market. I may suspend or end service immediately for non-payment, misuse of leads, or conduct that harms the site's standing with search engines or users.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its date. Lease-specific agreements signed between you and me take precedence over this page where they differ.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LocalLeadKing operates. Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction's procedures, unless a written lease agreement names a different jurisdiction.
